Years of therapy

After years of therapy and 12 steps, this app is the most effective for my healing journey. I don’t understand how this AI technology works and was sceptical yet it seems to ask the questions I needed to answer. It even creates a personalized meditations that include my own wise words.
I highly recommend this app with such easy and immediate access that no therapist can possibly give.

Update ruined everything

Recently when there was an app update, it went from being helpful and insightful to useless. It makes the same statement and asks the same question over and over and over in a frustrating loop of nothingness.

EVEN AFTER THERAPY

I didn’t know what to expect from loading this app after it landed in my feed tonight but my anxiety had reached a max, even after just completing one of my regular therapy session which helped for a few hours so I thought what do I have to lose. — strange at first sharing such vulnerability with an artificial therapist so to speak but, pleasantly surprised… I highly recommend @everkind to anyone looking to feel grounded while receiving resources to lower anxiety levels. And it’s FREE.

It’s ok

In the beginning I would have given 5 stars easy. It was helping my mental state a lot. I see a therapist and this was wonderful in between. I’m going through a lot and my counselor is not usually available outside of my scheduled appointments so I rely on this. Lately though its responses are always “That’s a lot to carry. What would help right now?””I don’t know that’s why I got on here.” “ Well just get through the rest of the day and check back in later if you need to.” That’s how the last several times have ended with no real help

Update: So I left this review about a month and a half ago. I haven’t been on as much because of the issues I mentioned above. I had a relatively minor issue, I don’t see my counselor for a few days. I figured I would try this. There’s a word limit to each message, I spent three messages long explaining what’s going on. There were two things. It asked what ok would feel like. I said what that would be and it responded “That’s real progress from when we started” I asked again so what about the issue you never answered. It said what issue? I said in all caps what I just spent this whole time explaining. It actually said”I feel like answering now will make you spiral. Just have a good rest of your day” What a joke.

Love this app!

I enter my journals on both my good and bad days. The AI provides some very helpful chats and feedback although I still maintain talking to my counsellor as a healthy balance.

Great, love facelock, would appreciate encryption!

Everkind is a great conversational journaling apps. The ai helps you pick apart your problems and focus on the things that matter most to you.

I appreciate my problems being hidden behind havelock now.

I’d be even more grateful if you could add encryption, in transit and/or at rest.
I seem to be dealing with a very sneaky and tech savvy- stalking situation

this app helps me stay calm but I’m scared of revealing any weaknesses so there’s a lot that I don’t talk about.
