Garbage App with No Support
The app is absolutely terrible and never gets updated. When something goes wrong their support team is impossible to reach. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on three homes with this company and they don’t even respond to emails or call when you need help with something. Don’t waste your money here and move on.

App is terrible
One of the worst apps ever. No previews of different patterns, long time to load items, randomly crashes, they recently got rid of using there light patterns with you choosing what pattern you wanted (you have to use the pattern that the company made it with.
Customer Service Non existent!!
The most recent lights have not worked since installation last October!! All I get is promises I’m in the “service queue” sine December… Ridiculous!!! Going to use any means available for a refund! They can have this worthless system… save yourself aggravation !!
App Needs a complete revamp!
The app is trash. No updates since 2021. Constantly force quitting the app, the autopilot fails to load, the calendar settings are not intuitive, do us all a favor and hire someone to rewrite your program.
Not enough cool sequences
Please update app for cool sequences. My neighbors have a different brand and their sequences look great.
