Customer Service Non existent!!
The most recent lights have not worked since installation last October!! All I get is promises I’m in the “service queue” sine December… Ridiculous!!! Going to use any means available for a refund! They can have this worthless system… save yourself aggravation !!
App Needs a complete revamp!
The app is trash. No updates since 2021. Constantly force quitting the app, the autopilot fails to load, the calendar settings are not intuitive, do us all a favor and hire someone to rewrite your program.
Not enough cool sequences
Please update app for cool sequences. My neighbors have a different brand and their sequences look great.

These permanent holiday lights are so unique. I love how I have so many option for how they mount. The app is super easy to use, designing and saving my own personal designs. Highly recommend you check these out.

Improve app logon
Logging into the app can be difficult because this app does not allow a cut/ paste and everything must be entered manually. Please enable Face ID to streamline the process.

UPDATE - my app has ‘lost’ all sequences. Preloaded and self created - again EverLights you need to invest a tiny bit of money into your app!!!
I really wish they would spend a couple of dollars and give the app an update. Like many have said the app kinda sucks…

Great Lights
We love our lights as we can celebrate year round. Our neighbors often request colors! Great company. Very responsive to our needs.

Everlights gave us a great set of lights, easily programmable for all occasions, and their back end customer service is great as well.
Highly recommend—no need to string those pesky Christmas lights ever again! And, reprogram them for any occasion—4th of July, Cinco de Mayo or St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, birthdays and parties...the options are endless!

Horrible app!
First, if you're used to having secure random passwords 16 to 22 characters long, you have to manually type it in every time ... you can't paste it from a password manager. The app won't let you paste and the password no matter what.
The scheduling is a joke. If you want a certain sequence to come on at the same time every night for two hours, you have to touch every day of the year ...or decade... and i it. You can't say "turn on the sequence every Monday Wednesday and Friday from 8 to 10 PM.
And… You have no way of knowing which sequence is actually running. There's a button to turn it off but you have no idea which one is showing.

It’s kinda works?
I’d say most functions work. It won’t save sequences today or events, so that’s cool. Lights just turn off whenever.

App is janky, non responsive, and you can’t even paste your username and password or use the password entry button on the keyboard.
Could be great… if it worked.
We recently had EverLights installed. If the app worked, it could be awesome. We have been unable to download any sequences and it will not save anything. Because of this I can’t schedule anything in the calendar and I have to manually preview a light setting. I’ve reached out to support and they called me. They said they would get working on it but it’s been almost a week and no resolve. I paid a lot of money for something that isn’t working and I’m disappointed.

App abandoned?
The app isn’t very intuitive and hasn’t been updated in years and there is no option to just go with a pre-programmed schedule of holidays. A couple weeks ago, I set up the calendar for the next year and after a few weeks the calendar went blank and so I have to start all over again.

Love the lights but have to have them out annually for repairs. Great customer service, always fixed fast. Wonder longevity….I have had them three years now.
Don’t buy these lights until these people fix their app
The app is barely functional. I cannot save a single custom sequence to my phone. The presets do not even load this thing is barely working.
When the lights work they’re great
I chose these lights because they are outward facing, and look more like traditional christmas lights. When the lights work, they look beautiful and can be seen from every direction unlike competitors. I’ve had these for two years and had repeated problems with the app and the physical lights themselves. Here are the problems: 1. I regularly have to Power cycle the whole system (unplug the lights from the wall, switch off any soffit switches, unplug and completely disconnect the bridge. This is because the lights will glitch and behave completely erratic. 2. I’ve had multiple sections of lights go out. I’ve had technicians here at least 3 times. That’s fine during the first year because the service is under warranty, but after that first year, it’s $75 for every visit. During my many phone calls, texts and service visits with the company I’ve been told that the original design for the wire connections was flawed and those connections tend to fail. They now have a new connection that is supposed to be better, I want all of my connections replaced at once, not as they go out, and have to pay $75 for the tech to come back out. (I currently have 2 sections out because of this problem waiting 6 weeks for tech to come out). 3. The app is ok, I like that you can build your own custom sequences, but it will often have a hard time connecting to the bridge (currently I can’t connect to the bridge unless I am home.) 4. It’s ridiculous that you can’t set calendar events to recur every year. You have to re-program the calendar events every year. That seems like it should be a simple fix. I wish I could recommend Everlights to other people, however based on the issues above, I simply can’t!

Not impressed
App needs an update. Schedules are only once, so I need to setup all my holidays each year.
I continue to get dead or bad lights. Currently have 23 that are missing at least one led color. Tried keeping up on it myself, but ended up calling support last year to fix them all. Unfortunately, more out this year.

At first it’s frustrating app. After all updating and getting to play with the app, I really love it!.
Some imperfections on the installations on the driveway frame. Hopefully someone from their tech can come back and rectify it.
