Terrible reliability

This app is critical for those of us following a loved one yet it stops working randomly many times each week. There is never notice about it in advance or afterward. Never an explanation why and when you reach out you don't hear back for days and then the person seems completely clueless that it was even down. Get your act together and make this reliable! Peoples' lives depend on it! When they finally decide to try and fix it, they give no notice in the app and do it in the middle of the night which is the most dangerous time to go unmonitored!

Hi there! Thanks for your review. Remember: notification mirroring must be enabled in your Apple Watch notifications settings for Eversense NOW in order to receive glucose alerts on your Apple Watch.

Needs updated. :(

I have tried downloading and redownloading the app and I still and stuck with blank white screens and three options at the top but still blank screens when I click on them.

Good base but has room to improve

My husband has the Eversense and I am linked to his account however it would be extremely useful to help plan his meals and better control his A1C if as a monitor i could also see his report section and see his meal/ medication entries. He doesn’t use those on his app because they don’t show up on mine.
