Room for improvement:
I moved from Omnipod to twiist because while simple to use and convenient, Omni and dex7 were not working well together, and unit failures were too common.
Twiist works well when it runs smoothly and the data inputs are on point.
However it’s a chore to change a cassette and infusion set , especially since it only lasts 3 days, too many pieces and alarms too :
Lately I had two cassettes stop working due to line clogs errors that would not resolve after multiple attempts.
Changing out the battery caused a line clog error: that’s ridiculous. I spoke with cs about the way too small , hard to see Cleo clip and way too long hose.
She said you have to start a new cassette..again, an hour after I swapped the first clogged one out. That’s not ideal..for many reasons.
Idk how they came up with this hose length but it is just excessive:
Why not make it shorter or give users an option for this?
Reading other reviews it’s obvious some others aren’t happy w Cleo. Seems wise to swap suppliers so we don’t run into issues and waste supplies..
Also, once you pair a Libre to your pump, that is the only way it will work: You’re unable to use the Libre app outside the system to get your Bg. So finger sticks-
That’s pretty close to being a deal breaker for me. Keep it simple, give users choice and try hearing what users are saying here.

Fantastic Insulin Pump!!
I have been using the Sequel twiist exclusively since Feb. 2026. The twiist algorithm is so superior, I almost forget I have T1D. Lots of features you can use to keep glucose in range. Alarms can be adjusted to low, and when they happen, the sound is actually cheerful and not disturbing to others. 24-hour Customer Service is top notch, and they really care. Cleo infusions are the BEST, and so tiny. I can stick them anywhere. Site changes are easy, FAST and simple! (The Tandem Mobi infusions are horrible and complicated). The twiist RARELY has an occlusion. With Mobi, occlusions were happening all the time. The twiist is so light, you forget it’s even there. So straightforward to use, with its intuitive design. Puts me in control of my diabetes, which NEVER happened before.

Changing to the twiist has been life changing. No more high highs, no more lows. The tidepool algorithm it’s superb.

Edit: 9/3 - not being able to dismiss notifications from my watch is annoying, I have to open the app on my phone to clear it. The only complaint I have.
I’m loving the pump. The app has obvious things I had asked Dexcom for like the last updated time on the widget.
Some things I’d like to see:
A function to add short notes which would be printed on daily reports. This would be good for noting things such as the infusion set came out, you were sick, you had a steroid injection, etc.
an “emergency contact” that gets an automated phone call if your blood sugar is dangerously low and you don’t respond to the app in X minutes. I live alone and would like someone to be notified, but I don’t want them to have access to any of my data. I would get nagged non stop.
