Minor but nice to have working

As of 12/18/24, FaceID still does not work even after being told to delete the app and reload it… which I did.

Invasion of privacy

New update requires you to accept terms that are an invasion of privacy to the user. If you don’t accept the app kicks you out.

Can I Log In?

I haven’t been able to log in for ages. I can on the website. The app just stays in this constant state of inactivity. The app is gutter trash. Hopefully the Marathon Health app will actually work.

Good concept always bugy

I love Everside Health but the app always has issues loading. Too many crashes!

Will not let me open it up with out a pass code

This app is useless for me. Set up my account and tried to log in and it tells me To use this app enable a passcode in my device’s settings. No where in my devices settings can I add a passcode. Tried contacting customer service and they told me to use the website. It’s an apple issue. That’s not convenient at all if you’re no where near a computer.

App keeps getting disabled

When it works it’s fine but it constantly disables the login and account has to be reset on both the app and desktop versions. It’s such a pain I’m thinking of finding another health provider

Great way to communicate with my doctor

The app is an easy way to communicate with my doctor and care team. Love being able to schedule appointments online.

Very concerned

I’m very concerned for Everside. I generally like their services; however, I believe their quality is going down. The app doesn’t allow you to change the preferred pharmacy like other hospitals do. When I requested pharmacy change, it’s taking them more than 4 months to do so & asked me instead to email them every time I need a medication. What’s the point of an app that has the function of ordering medication if I have to manually write an email every time I need refills? On top of it, they seem to hire newly-graduated MAs who can’t find veins & they twist & turns the needle when it’s in under the skin. Bad practice. One MA gave me an opinion what my condition sounds like to certain medical disease even though they technically cannot diagnose the patients as MAs. My distrust for their service has grown and I’m very concerned for them (and for myself who receive care as a patient.)

Worst IT support ever

For the brief period of time that I was able to use this app (and it’s desktop version), the platform was ok. Apparently I’m not supposed to be able to schedule a new patient appointment through it but there’s nothing to indicate that I shouldn’t. So there’s that problem. I’ve been locked out of my account for nearly a week. All IT has been able to do is suggest I change my password but make sure I write it down first (As though I hadn’t tried to already change it 5 times before seeking help. And I’m not that dumb that I can’t remember a newly created password), try using the same non-functioning password that they provide to me on 3 separate occasions, and take 24hours to respond to every email interaction. TERRIBLE IT support.

Paste login info

If I can’t paste my login info into the app with out it resetting the pasted info every time you click sign in then the app I useless to me

Honestly the worst

You cannot use a saved password, because it will delete your username when you try, and it won’t recognize a saved username. It won’t let me select a clinic or provider when I try to schedule, and just tells me there’s no appointments available (apparently anywhere, ever). It’s totally useless.

iOS 15 Broke the App

Don’t bother if you’ve upgraded to iOS 15. Since the upgrade login doesn’t work. App hasn’t been updated in months so no go.

Why bother developing and app?

The iPad has existed for over 10 years now. Why even bother developing an iOS app and not bother making the iPad experience the least bit pleasurable? Useless app. Provides worse experience than the website on mobile devices.

Horrible app

Every time I log in, it gives me an error and says I need to enter a value in the username field. I try to enter again and it gives me the same thing. It’s fine on the website but the app is worthless.
