Better b4 recent upgrade
From 5 star to 3.5. Touch the bottom of the puzzle and it minimizes causing difficulty moving pieces from the bottom
Loses saved and paid for puzzles
Keeps losing my saved puzzles. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, which was one of the suggested solutions, but it just lost everything including my credits, very disappointing!
No Support
I have submitted three separate tech support requests and have not received a response. Not acceptable. Why have Tech Support if they aren’t going to address your issues?
Hummm
I’ve used this app for years. My favorite. However it’s almost useless now the way it loads on my iPad. It cuts off portions of the puzzle. Doesn’t fit the screen etc. any fixes for it?
A Colorful Collection
There are a lot of puzzles if you subscribe. But there are still some fun pieces. It is a little hard to play on my iPhone because I have a bigger than average hands and I have imperfect eyesight. But still fun and a lot of puzzles.
Modify
Why can’t I modify the size, shape and number of pieces of the Calendar puzzles like I can for My Puzzles and Treasury

We love this App! we take photos of the family activities make our own puzzles from them. i started with my granddaughter when she was 2, now my grandson who’s 3 started with a few piece puzzles and is scaling in a matter of a few days to larger piece counts. they love making the puzzles from family activity photos! question, how do we share puzzles between ipads? is there a way to do puzzles collaboratively together online?

Best jigsaw app
Love this app! The puzzles are varied and the options to change the size and shapes of pieces, or to arrange them by edges or on a grid are excellent.
If I could make one suggestion, it would be to make it easier to find a puzzle that I have started but not finished in my puzzle library. I often go back and redo them and then have to hunt for the one I started!

Internal error!
Error message comes up when I try to download the daily jigsaw - INTERNAL ERROR! Emailed developers twice but no response. Will cancel subscription
Challenges your patience
Many subtleties in the patterns and colors. I thought about giving up several times, but I was rewarded by finishing. A great view.
Almost perfect
This is a great jigsaw program, one free jigsaw a week, and small fee for additional puzzles, also option to turn your pics into a jigsaw at no cost. Perfect, one or two little wishes, but beyond that perfect jigsaw heaven.
UPDATE:
what was once a 5/5 is now a 3/5. I now regularly need to start the game several times until the puzzles I own load, the my puzzles section has gaps in the puzzles I bought. This essential bug needs to be resolved. Once correctly loaded, the game is as perfect as it once was.

Great ap
I use the app a lot. Only one suggestion. Can you make it easier to find unfinished jigsaws from the main screen. The present marker is often difficult to see or to find. Or could once you skate a puzzle this one stays ther when you open the ap again
Subscriber service totally unsatisfactory
I have been subscribing to this puzzle app for years! Recently I have stopped receiving my puzzle credits. Two messages to subscriber service in the past 2 weeks with no resolution or even acknowledgement. I’m canceling my subscription, which makes me sad as I have enjoyed working these puzzles but I will not pay for something I do not receive!

Odd Shaped pieces
I enjoy each days puzzles but do not like the odd shaped pieces. Prefer the original shaped pieces. Some may like doing either. How about adding to the menu “piece type” for users to select their preferences.

Everyday jigsaw puzzles are incredible. You can do it with friends and family! it is fun and it helps kids learn.
Great Puzzle App
I have had this app for five or six years. I have over seven hundred puzzles. I frequently modify puzzles after completion to make them a little different when I do them again. I do wish the sliders for adjusting the number of pieces and shape were full height to make them more sensitive. As they are now a tiny movement can change the puzzle by hundreds of pieces. Also it would be nice if my puzzles were sorted by categories like the ones you can buy.
