Why Memorial Hermann?!
This is NOT a user-friendly app. I use MyChart for every other hospital and I hate when I have to use this app. Everyday Well’s interface makes it hard to find what you’re looking for because it looks cluttered. So much fine print in every tab you click on to find lab results, messages and appointments. The lab results and their ranges are all crammed in one paragraph. I hate this app. Please consider moving to MyChart.

Works for my needs
I can see appointments and instructions. It meets my needs. Would be better if the app stops showing update available but cannot find update on Apples web site.

When attempting multiple times to sign in the app appears to glitch and continues to attempt to resign over and over again. It fails to connect to our accounts and sign in is an issue. This has occurred to me in multiple occasions, this needs fixing and there’s no way on reporting this.
Also, when the app decides to log you in (rare) and you attempt to write a message to your pcp. The option to look at what you are typing isn’t available through the app like it is through computer option. This app needs an upgrade (update) ASAP.

This App is absolute TRASH
Don’t bother trying to use it because you simply can’t. Never have I had a chance to even access the app past the permissions page. It is incredibly frustrating to receive notifications when there is no access to them!! Every user can’t share similar experiences without any serious recourse to remedy the problems. from the developer!! This app has made me seriously regret ever making the move to Memorial Herman in a world where MyChart reigns supreme. My health and access to my care is paramount and is essentially nonexistent in this regard. I’m looking over the years of similar complaints in the review section so it’s evident these concerns have fallen on deaf ears. Never will I encourage others to select Memorial Herman for this reason alone. The Dr.s don’t have time to take every call and neither do I have time to manage my care in the same way. Do better because this isn’t it Memorial Herman! Not even worth 1 star!

It’s been “loading my experience” for three days
This app keeps saying it’s loading my experience and has never connected. I’ve even left my phone unlocked for an hour to let it “load my experience” and it NEVER did.
Memorial Hermann is too big of a network to not have a properly working app. They d to switch to my chart like almost every other healthcare company.

Horrible
For an app that supposedly is this important it’s absolutely horrible. I’ve tried for 2 days to get on and all it says is “Building your Experience”. Well if this is going to be my experience then no thank you! Gone are the days of having that relationship with your doctor. Memorial Hermann either has too many patients and not enough staff or they just don’t care about their patients. Constantly have to leave a message instead of speaking with someone and it takes sometime days to get a phone call back. Thinking of changing.

Poorly Made
I’ve never had so many issues with an app. Firstly, the look is very outdated and is incredibly confusing. I do not understand why Memorial Hermann will not switch to MyChart? Honestly this technology difference makes me want to switch hospitals. Something as simple as sending a message can’t be done on mobile.
Note to memorial hermann: switch to my chart, it makes the patient experience better and easier for other hospitals to see my records.

Building my experience for weeks
I downloaded the app and signed in. All it says is “building your experience.” It’s been building my experience for 2 weeks now and still doing the same thing. I have not been able to access my health records. I deleted and redownloaded the app and it’s the same thing. The app does not work. They need to switch to an app that actually works. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

Very confusing
After several try’s to make sure this “everyday well” site is friendly to users I have decided to try again later. The former site contains information to identify me, while the new site contains errors that fail to identify me unless I switch back and forth between them. Good grief.
Buggy
I have a late model iPhone, and this app blocks me from seeing my responses on required forms! I have to toggle back and forth. Seriously couldn’t know what I was agreeing to on signed forms. Couldn’t see that a message had been sent until I looked on a real browser! Useless, really — though the staff does respond to messages.

Everday well
I could’ve driven to my doctors office and back three times in the time it is taking me to try to set up this portal. Still can’t figure it out. Going back-and-forth between M well and every day well.
The office sends the info that does not come through. To tell you the truth I am ready to stop using Memorial Hermann. You would think the doctors office would make sure that you were all set up with the portal before they try a virtual visit. We’ve been back-and-forth on the phone but apparently memorial Hermann does not allow the doctors to talk to patients on the phone! I couldn’t be more frustrated.

App is Great…when working
I enjoy the convenience of the app, when it works. I tend to run into trouble once a month or so when it just loads and the biometrics login keeps repeating and recycling itself. Closing the app doesn’t work, however, rebooting the phone, sometimes does.
As I understand it, MHHS will be switching to EPIC aka MyChart. Looking forward to that so I can have all medical records in one location.

App does not work on iphone, stuck on Manage Permissions
Y’all read your reviews. Multiple complaints because app is not working on iPhone. Manage Permissions screen appears as soon as you log in and will not let you scroll past it or automatically disappear so cannot access the app. Fix it please. Works fine on PC.
Can’t Use on IPhone
There is absolutely no way you can use this app with an iPhone if you want to type a message to your doctor. You must use a desktop or IPad to send a message. Not everyone has that available to them. For an organization that is going ‘paperless’ this app must work on all devices.
You expect me to communicate with my doctor using an app that doesn't even take keyboard input
The ios on screen keyboard covers the text entry field, blocks my ability to see what I'm typing, and doesn't allow me to paste a pre typed message into the box because the keyboard always covers it. Did ANYBODY test the very critical "send a message to your provider" function of the ios build of this app? Do you pay for QA at all? The key draw of this app is limiting the pt's need to navigate phone trees but we can only read messages, not send them? Fix this. Seriously.

Such a reputable organization should be ashamed of this app
I’ve never had problems with a junk app, much less one of such importance. This app is absolutely horrible! I’ve had the hardest time just signing up. I’ve done it for my phone is kicked me off a couple times and then I tried from my iPad and it just loads forever. At this point, I don’t even want to continue the sign-up process because an app this untrustworthy is not going to have access to my personal private medical information. I don’t understand why they just don’t connect with My Chart. Shame on you Memorial Herman…..SHAME…

Terrible experience
I downloaded the app to get my test results. Created my account just fine, but when I went to login there was a black screen with a white spinning circle. It stated “down loading your experience.” I gave it two hours, closed the app and tried multiple times. It must be an amazing experience for those that do get in….I just wasn’t one of them.

Non functional
I am a medical doctor, and I actually graduated one year after your president and chief executive officer, Dr. David Callendar, at Baylor College of medicine. Methodist could not do an x-ray on me so I schedule it at Memorial Hermann. They were fine taking me back and they gave me instructions on how to download this app so I could send the results to my ordering physician at Methodist. I was able to register for the app, but every time I open it, I get a circle that spins round and round, and round, and round and round saying ‘Building your experience.’

Used to work but last update killed it
Used to work and was decently user friendlyish (the UI needs a revamp w customer input) but the last update and now it’s unusable. I open it, see the welcome screen, faceID comes up, scans my face, I pass, back to black welcome screen I just saw, faceID comes back , scan, pass, rinse repeat to infinity. Can’t use it bc I can’t even get the app open.

Everyday Well Memorial Hermann App
This app is very user friendly when it works which is about 25% of the time at best. I have a very up to date iPhone, so I know it is not my phone. A majority of the time the app is just a blank screen and has to be deleted and uploaded. The sign in using face recognition rarely pulls up, so I am constantly having to log in with my email & password instead. I think Memorial Hermann needs to get a new app or give this one a FULL overhaul!
