Poor sorting for multiple events
The app doesn’t allow you to sort guests for different event occurring on the same day. It is just one big list. Which is a pain when you have multiple back to back events

I love this app. I can add many more users than allowed on my Shopify account which helps me greatly for when I staff up to help expedite the check in process for my summer events!

App just doesn’t work. Pitiful excuse for an app

Good app. Terrible support if anything goes wrong. No number to call just an online form and end less emails. Been down for 3 days and there is no owner ship of the issues.

Works great, if you know how to use it
This app works fabulously on iPhone X and 11 pro. Have tested this with thousands of ticket holders and multiple events at a time.
Doesn’t work on iPhone X
Just a black screen when trying to use the app on an iPhone X. Support responded with “it’s not in our immediate plan” when asked if an update is upcoming. No app on Android devices.
Doesn’t work with XS Max
I have the XS Max and it doesn’t work the camera will not show just a blank black screen please get it fixed I need it for this weekend.
