SCAM and Poor customer service. Don’t book at any cost.
They gave us a punctured tired. There was a big hole in the tire already and they had filled that punctured with something already. The mechanic said the same thing. And this company charged us for that puncture which was already there before we got the car. And customer service is very poor and unhelpful. They blamed us even when we provided all the proofs.

The customer care service is very worst. They didn’t pick your call also so please don’t waste your money by booking this service search for local service services. They are giving best service then this stupid.

I have initially rented a classic 350 for 5 days. The booking was smooth and the representatives were quite helpful and supportive.
The bike was in a good condition
Extended the booking for another 3 days. Faced some minor technical issues on the app while rebooking, however the executive helped me resolve it. Over all good experience!

Hidden charges and extra payment
Worst service ever. The total price for 24 hours was 526 with additional helmet and tax it came to 686. Even when I paid the complete amount for 24 hours I selected the drop slot with in 18 hours. Since I paid for 24 hours I returned the vehicle within 19 hours and still they charged me 300 extra as late fee!
I keep traveling and renting vehicles(cars and bikes) and I never faces this issue with any other platforms.
