Best app to help u stay focus

I love using this app. It lets you set specific time blocks for different apps, which really helps me stay focused and avoid getting distracted by my phone. Whenever I try to open a blocked app, it gently reminds me to pause and take a breath—and in that moment, I usually realize I don’t actually need to use it.

Plus, the cats are incredibly adorable (I’m obsessed with Zen Cat 🐱). Keeping up with the streaks is also super motivating and makes the whole experience feel fun and rewarding.
