Rock Lock - App Blocker

Rock Lock helps you lock your apps so you can actually focus. Set a duration, choose which apps to block, and Rock Lock takes care of the rest. LOCK IN A TAP Pick your apps and a duration, then hit Lock Now. Rock Lock uses Apple's Screen Time technology to block your selected apps instantly. Selected apps stay blocked until your session ends. BLOCK EVERYTHING OR JUST THE BAD STUFF Toggle "Lock all apps" to block every app at once, or hand-pick exactly which apps and categories get blocked during your session. You decide how strict to be. LIVE ACTIVITY WIDGET See your remaining focus time right on your Dynamic Island or Lock Screen - no need to open the app. Your countdown is always visible, always ticking. SCHEDULED SESSIONS Set recurring lock sessions that fire automatically - block social media every morning, or lock down every evening after dinner. Rock Lock runs even when you forget. SESSION HISTORY Every completed session is logged so you can see exactly how much distraction-free time you've earned. See your focus minutes add up over time. NO ADS. PRIVATE BY DESIGN. Rock Lock doesn't analyze your app usage or show ads. Your app selections and session history stay on your device. What you lock is your business.
