My therapist recommended it and it’s been really helpful. I love how you can find a meditation for your specific situation and phase. I love the positivity without being over the top, and saying that even if it doesn’t work this cycle it can in a future one.

I have PCOS and infertility, and have been ttc for about 4 years (naturally, IUI, and now IVF). I found this app right before starting my second round of IVF and it’s helped tremendously with my negative thoughts and anxiety. I feel much more positive and calm entering this round.
