Bad UI, worse phone experience
This app is largely useless to me. I deal entirely with phone calls, but there’s no way to set the splash screen to anything but Messages. Just making a phone call requires multiple taps through various screens, and then either scrolling through a list of recent calls, or typing a name into the directory to find the person I’m calling.
Also, I can’t actually answer an incoming call because the app tries to switch over to the phone’s built in app, and then loses the connection. I then have to call the incoming number so I can talk.

Use this for work and it’s unbarably bad….
When it works it’s alright. But when it doesn’t. It’s really annoying. Half the time it just doesn’t wanna join rooms, or not send your messages through, flat up rather send my messages by pigeon then use this
Don’t waste your time
If I could have submitted this review with zero stars I would have. This is the worst app I have ever utilized.
Recent update made everything worse
App is painfully laggy and prone to crashing after the recent update. Avoid using if possible.
Terrible App
I had the app before the update this month, it’s the worst thing I could have done. I work from home and this app is so difficult to connect even with the wifi on! I have such a hard time hearing the caller, connecting the line to caller, it’s just terrible they need to update the app again!!!!!
Worked great until the update
I have used this app for a year. Before the update I would have given it 5 stars. Now it won’t even work.
Recent Update Bugged!...still unresolved
The most recent rollout for this app was by far one of the worst decisions made during this pandemic. I’m a salesman and I rely on my phone working 100% to take and make calls, and with the most recent update...well now I’m losing money. Please fix ASAP!!!

Fix the update
Ever since updating, calls drop if I can even call out at all. Takes up to a full minute to dial a phone number, have to press everything multiple times to get it to work.
Frustrating Connection Issues
The connection issues I face are very frustrating. There is an ongoing problem, often I am unable to answer calls of calls drop seconds into the conversation. If another call is trying to come through it may boot me off my current call. Not happy with the application.
Can’t stand it
Have to use for work. When I first started using beginning of pandemic it worked great , there was an update done and ever since I can’t stand it. Can’t use my iPhone XR on WiFi to use this app. Consistently having to uninstall and reinstall, I get a missed call notification right before the phone even rings. When using LTE for phone calls people can’t hear me. I.T. Has told me it’s a known issue and they’re working on it - it’s been over a month.

Doesn’t work
This new version worked for a couple of days then stopped. I can sign in, but then it won’t let you dial out or receive calls. Incoming calls just show as missed, and outgoing just briefly show on the screen then go back to the dialer... I have tried this on several devices, same behavior.
Ver 23 is junk
The old one had problems but at least you could dial a number. The new one will not also the dial pad is buried in a menu and the numbers are small and close together.
The new version will not let you change your status if you are online, busy or away.

New Version No!!!!
In the midst of a pandemic, while a number of employees are working from home, they sent out an update. No longer saves passwords. Sign out is different. Can’t roll back to previous version.

Great App
This is a great mobile version of UC-One that I use daily to stay connected with my associates at work when I am away from my desk.

I use this often when I'm away from the web application/offline. It's great to be able to respond to messages while I'm away from the office and syncs with my prior messages. Really convenient tool.

I love that I can use it any time and anywhere to chat, access the global directory, make soft phone calls and more. Being an account manager, I travel frequently so I am living in this app every day.

This app is a must-download! The app gives you the full functionality of the desktop app, directly on your phone! It allows you to make voip calls and see who is online in your organization.

Great tool to stay in touch
Great tool for staying in touch with my work team whether I'm on a PC, MAC or phone.
You can also make calls from the voip option and they are crystal clear. Too many more options to list....well done - you need this app!!!

Good For Working Remote
I use this app all the time while traveling or working from home. It virtually puts me at my desk so I never miss a call. Having my team able to access me via IM on my mobile is a huge plus!
Organizational Development
This is a user friendly application that allows me to communicate with my team and other associates in a fast effective way. The Group Chat and Instant Messaging features are my favorite. I also like the fact that I'm able to see the status of someone I'm trying to speak with and if they are on the phone I can shoot them a quick message instead.
