Terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible inconsistent almost non existent customer service . They continue to charge more and yet have not provided better customer service to follow any of their own rules even.

It is nothing like the ads NEVER PLAY THIS

This game lied to us it bought hundreds of fake reviews glazing this and in one of the ads they had a dude glazing this so hard but he didn’t even have a phone in the case he was “playing” on NEVER BUY THIS GAME
