Worse game ever
It’s sad they make you spend so much money to be the best or to qualify for great rewards guys please don’t waste your money or time. This is has some horrible people and please don’t attack monsters near them, they can near you though but you become kid cause you African American on a server full of racist and power trippers. I’ve wasted thousands to only play on a server full of toxic immature men and women who wants to be important because in rl they don’t matter. Please save your sanity.

Battlefield Matchmaking Needs Urgent Improvement
Evony is a great game with a strong community, but the Battlefield matchmaking system urgently needs attention. Across many alliances and servers, players are consistently matched against teams with massively higher buff levels, making battles one‑sided and impossible to compete in.
Reducing power, adjusting lineups, or losing multiple battles does not change matchmaking brackets. Buff strength is the biggest factor in combat, yet matchmaking seems to prioritize troop power or participation numbers instead. This results in unfair pairings, low scoring, and declining player motivation.
Many alliances want to participate competitively and progress toward Battlefield rewards and All‑Stars, but the current matchmaking makes that impossible. We hope the developers will review how buff ranges are factored into matchmaking and implement adjustments to create fairer, more balanced battles for all players.
Evony has huge potential, but this issue needs to be addressed for long‑term player enjoyment.

REAL THREATS and bully children
This game is only for coiners and if you have a problem with a big coiner and they physically threaten your wellbeing, the Evony support will give a meaningless disciplinary action on their account but nothing more. Then if they find out you reported for bullying they will personally KOS you permanently like I was subjected to. Sent Evony support evidence and all they said was it’s acceptable for gameplay. How is something physically threatening you in real life and you reporting it and then get retaliation from the bully because of what you reported is acceptable gameplay? Don’t bother spending money on this game. Was even on a month old server that coiners burned entire server to make all f2p and small keeps quit and sent proof to Evony of them even saying they making server bob so all F2P and small keeps quit. Guess what Evony did? Nothing again.

This game is nothing like advertised. Top Games customer service is horrendous. Unless you are willing to drop a ton of money into a imaginary online castle (that you will never see any return on investment) accept the fact that you’ll be trying to enjoy yourself in a game full of disadvantages, egotistical dix, and zero game support.

Great game, really poor upgrades and customer support
I’ve really enjoyed playing this game, however the unfortunate way that higher monarch levels were implemented has ruined gameplay and driven long-time players to quit. It appears that too few players achieved these new levels that were implemented in an update, so battlefield matchup algorithms were set to allow multiple k49s to battle teams with only k40-45 players. Because of the enormous power discrepancy in the new higher levels, the small teams are zeroed in just a few minutes, and you have to sit in battlefield, bored for 2 hours while neither team gets enough points to qualify for anything. It’s absurd. Worst of all, CS clearly relies on AI, so problems that are reported get a smarmy message about how valued your opinion is, but issues are not addressed. Did I mention that it’s very expensive? And purchases made through the game interface sometimes fail. If that happens, you will never get your money back. AI will request more information for 3 days and then say that their investigation determined that whatever happened didn’t happen and the case has been closed. It’s infuriating. Just know, before you spend, that any problems you encounter will not be addressed by CS. You are on your own.

If you downloaded this because of how it looks when advertised you’ll be disappointed. Nothing at all like advertisement. Actually nothing from any advertisement of the game. So don’t waste your time.
Money over strategy
This game is spending more than strategic because if I don’t pop the cake they take away 300%to 500% buff away with is crazy amount of money need to spend. I plan and try squeezing out the buff. Like try to get general skin, decoration for ideal land get buff here and there. But even add stuff not pop cake means nothing. Buff is taken away even it supposed be everything is same settings but more decoration buff, card buff. Nothing makes sense see 300% less when you have checked everything same. I’m tired of this money game.

This game is absolutely not like the commercials. That is maybe 1-2% of the game and those graphics are terrible. This game is more like a strategy dungeons and dragons game that favors big coiners. Regular players don’t have much of a chance.
