Really bad service
Never deliver to correct place , dropping parcels over my neighbor fence at night instead delivery to my house.
Missing
So my delivery was supposed to be delivered on the 13th June, kept checking , now the tracking number has completely disappeared and after 104 days I still haven’t received my package and now no tracking number,, I will share my experience on Facebook and tell everyone what I do now when ordering online, “ check if EVRI are being used and if so tell the company I will go elsewhere and why” shambles of a rubbish company

Complete lack of customer service , recipient and sender lied to ,deliveries to S44 5XF postcode never leave final depot , courier refuses to drive on single track rural road , parcels are not put on vehicle , every other delivery service has no problems at all to

Waste of time
My local EVRI driver seems to think I live somewhere entirely different and fails to get to my house everytime. I previously had deliveries sent directly to parcel shop but that option is no longer available. I will in future not buy from stores that use this delivery service
Parcel delivery
After downloading the app, I was very impressed that a few minutes before my parcel was due to be delivered I received an alert to say my item would be delivered between 12 midday and 2 pm. Within a few minutes of this message being sent to me at 11:55 am there was a knock at the door and it was my Herms parcel delivery. So I was very happy and very impressed and upon talking to the delivery driver he did assure me that if there was no one home he would’ve left the parcel over my back garden gates or hidden from view behind my flower pot.

It’s too bad that even in a civilised country like this, such acts are perpetrated and still no one cares to fix it.

Extremely limited compared to on a pc, I can’t even find the list of my parcels I’ve sent out and whether they’ve been delivered or not

Useless chat bot response
No updates despite multiple contacts. Chat bot has no option to actually y, just gives a generic message which then never goes any further

No option to leave a note for courier
There are not enough options to specify where to leave a parcel when it’s a new or not the regular delivery driver. There should be an ‘other’ option to put a note in to leave parcel in a specific safe place. Very annoying.
Problems with deliveries
It’s alright but they keep having issues with not finding address and when I update the address they cut off some of the address and then send me another message saying in need to update my delivery address because they couldn’t find the addres a week later so has me waiting for a parcel for 2 weeks when it’s meant to be one week max

The delivery driver is brilliant and knows what to do, as I am suffering from a big operation, sometimes he has walked in the rain/snow just over a 100mtrs to get to the door, Brilliantly.
App
The app is okay but the delivery driver can’t be bothered to use it and will deliver anywhere he fancies reference panorama documentary very accurate.
Seriously!
So you can send on the app but not track what you sent! When I click tracking half the parcels I have received months ago are still in transit and the one I sent yesterday is no where to be seen! Useless.
New driver
The regular lady driver is no longer delivering-my instructions were always adhered to with her, and she was extremely pleasant. The new guy is leaving parcels outside and no card to say where the parcel has been left. My instructions are to leave the parcel in my greenhouse if no reply. Do I need to tell you this again as I have a new deliverer?
