Rubbish app I just want answers to simple questions
I hate Evri!!!
Cant speak to them, just robots!! Say they deliver it and IVE GOT NO DELIVERY!!!!

I have a suggestion for the Evri app.
Area: Account, Preferences or settings
Suggestion type: Add something new
How useful this would be: I really want this
Add more details:
Could you please add a custom choice to the delivery options list for when homeowner is not at home.
None of the current options in the list are suitable for everyone but if there was a blank option (custom list option) then users could input their own delivery instructions/location for when recipient is unable to receive the parcel from the courier.

To change address
I have put the wrong address on my parcel and I can’t get hold of anyone at Evri to give the right address … surely I am NOT the only one to have done this … where is the customer service !!!!!

This is the most unreliable delivery service I’ve ever seen it u could post to every and they would even put it in transit until 10 days after your parcel was supposed to be delivered

Whenever I try to track a parcel, this message pops up. Been happening for weeks. Absolutely hopeless.

Been awaiting an update for 2 days. Surly if an item is tracked it should be updated at least every 6 hours. Still no update. Why have an app that is no use to anyone.

This is the second parcel from my vendor that has gone missing, first one supposedly lost at the depot, information I got from my vendor, not Evri
Second parcel was showing as out for delivery on Wednesday, but somehow never reached the locker and is now showing as being back at the depot.
Customer service only send emails to try and pacify those complaining, but never seems to actually do anything

Not working
Prompt Delivery, a Scarcity. NOT 5 STARS….. DREADFUL RELIABILITY!!!!
My last two deliveries have been over 24 hours after the ETA. I still haven’t received my second delivery, which looks like it could be at least 48 hours late!!!!
You suppose to receive a parcel but instead they send it back telling that you are sending parcel
Absolutely useless service and they are unable to provide any deliveries or any support. I wish this company disappeared so no one would use it anymore and put people into stress

I find this app very unreliable the tell you your parcel is out for delivery and it never arrives when they say it will they change the times numerous times but don’t deliver and I spent most of the day waiting I really think this is shocking and a very unreliable company would not recommend to anyone

No accurate delivery updates
Poor tracking capability via app. Other apps show where delivery driver is with more live updates

Everything Just Works
So far Evri have let me know when my parcels have arrived and when they will be delivered without hitches.
