Lost Package

I’m absolutely devastated, I paid £400 for an item that was due to be delivered 2 days. It was in transit then apparently got sent back to the depot. And now they can’t find my item. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Avoid at all costs especially with packages that cost a lot of money

Pointless

The app does not give up to date information so there is no point in trying to track the parcel. I don’t know why companies use Evri given the amount of complaints & queries they must have to respond to because the parcels don’t arrive and the app tells you nothing

Awful app

The app is awful, you can’t get access to ask a question the AI doesn’t like. It gives wrong information that Evri updates have already said are different. The service just loses parcels. Awful awful services. No wonder so many parcels are delivered wrong and late.
