Good, when it works
Worked perfect first time. Second time app wouldn’t load. Then once it did the charging stopped early and the app wouldn’t stop charging. Unsure if I was charged accurately or not as it wasn’t in sync with the car

Very smooth process
I’ve only ever used the same chargers, but except for once when I was forced to install a new version of the app, all always goes smoothly and I’m always kept well informed of the battery level during the charge

Very easy app to use, could be a lot more user friendly feels very “ old fashioned “ at the moment but it does the job.

Decent
Took me 3 times to actually get the car to charge but the £20 hold was refunded straight away when it didn’t work. A lot better than some other chargers and apps I’ve used!
No option to order an RFID card
This is the worst app ever, can’t even get rfid card
App doesn’t sync with charger
Another EV app 🫤, but this one didn’t sync with a public charger I wanted to use. Tried on different chargers in the same station and came up with the same error. Fairly useless so had to pay with £50 pre-authorised charge
Forcing to use app
While most of the charging stations have card readers but still you are forcefully asking use to use app to start charging stations. Hence i would like to give 0 star but no option here.
Confusing
The app states my nearest charger costs £0.80 k/Wh while your website map says it costs £0.75 k/Wh. So it’s more expensive to use the app 🤔
Map doesn’t show chargers
Currently whatever filters you set, the map doesn’t show any chargers, please fix.
