Update has blocked my account

Recent update has meant I’m unable to access my account. I’m getting repeated error’s every time I try to log in. Also tried changing my password and I’m not receiving the email.
Completely unable to charge via Roam at workplace.

Not customer friendly

Wish I read the reviews beforehand. Charges you more than it needs to, customer service hard to get a hold of and then ages to get reimbursed. Deleted and charging somewhere else now.

Very competitive price

I’ve been with BP for 3 years (CCS), recently need to charge and found the nearest one which is Roam, Roam is 26% cheaper!
