App crashing and won’t load
Poor design. Have tried multiple times but the app won’t load the individual bulb to adjust the light. Instead stuck with a clinical white whenever the bulb is turned on.
No longer receive notifications
I don’t receive open/close or overtime warning notifications anymore for my garage. If I go in the app it shows the times the garage door opened and closed. Used to work, but now junk.
Garage door status notification stopped working
Status notification (open, closed and overtime) stopped working. I tried re-installing the app and insure all notifications were turned on.

Constantly losing a light bulb connection. Tried to reset one and it says device not supported, update app but it IS updated. Gonna sell these and get legit ones, not these off brands.

Trouble connecting through network
Whenever I’m not on my WiFi it says offline and won’t connect to my garage. This just started happening. It was working before so I’m not sure what changed. It only works when I’m on the wifi. Help please?

Love it. Schedules are a little confusing to access.
Create a “cat opening” option so I can tap that and it opens the garage 6 inches so my cat can get in and I don’t have to push the button

These don’t work with Alexa anymore.
After spending quite a bit to outfit my house with these bulbs they no longer work with Alexa. The company has no customer service. Avoid these lights at all costs.
Unable to link skill in Alexa
No longer able to control lights with Alexa. Deleted and reinstalled and now skill will not link in alexa. This is so frustrating and inconvenient.
Now won’t connect to Alexa
All working fine until yesterday. Now only echo devices work with Alexa. All lights (Ewisehome) have stopped working. Try to reinstall the skill and connect with ewise but it will not.

I follow the instruction in eWisehome app to setup the skill in Alexa. I searched eWisehome in Alexa’s skill section then input correct user email and password. But Alexa showed it cannot link with eWisehome skill while my Alexa can link with other brands’ smart devices in the same way.
Works! But…
Good app but for some reason it asks for your location every time you run it. Don’t know why they need that, especially for a garage door- so I shut it off. I also shut off photographs access and camera access once my display photos were chosen. Just be careful -but it does work.

From the app, I can’t figure out how to open or close the garage. I can only do it from the last event that shows up on my notifications page. So it works but I wish it worked easier from the app.

Would love a companion watch app
Only use it for the WiFi integrated garage door opener. Integration with Alexa works but requires. Security code. Creating a Scene is a work around for inclusion in a routine for automation.
