Very poor all around
The emotion pro was pretty good when I got it a year ago. Since then firmware updates have broken it and you can’t configure in the app. Their solution is to uninstall the app but that does no good. Just got the ultra and it’s extremely slow and constantly shows a phantom.

And they think the rebuild is better?! The device screen is more confusing with the extra tab. Radio browser randomly added. What for?! We don’t need MORE clutter. Who asked for this? And why does TV have 2 Entity? What the heck does that mean? I have one device connected. And yeah the setup process is annoying too.

Can’t complete adding a home location
Can not complete making a home location on the app, so it makes the whole app and their products useless.
App stopped working!
My mom is in memory care and I rely on this to control her TV when caregivers can’t be bothered to do it. I don’t want her sitting in silence in her apartment. The app shows connected but it’s not controlling the tv. So I’m sitting here at work worrying about her packing up her things to go home because she doesn’t have the tv to distract her!

I mean what the actual ..? Why do I need to connect to your servers (which are often down) when all I need is to check whether the device is working ok?? Fix your nonsense pls
