I decided to embark early this year (2023) by signing up for a year long membership in the Exalted Expression app and i’m grateful i did.
It’s deliciously slow self help.
It’s self help that has time to simmer down, grow and flourish through deliciously fun, easy and small but surprisingly quite profound daily steps.
I consciously learn to actively and happily engage with my life.
I have time to see that the new version of self I was after has always existed as a possibility in me, among a myriad of possibilities. It is not something external for me to adopt like a new (better) costume.
