DO NOT RECOMMEND
This app is a complete SCAM! Once you purchase— you have NO access! The log in page keeps you on stuck in “loading” this is unacceptable for the materials we purchase over $80.00 as a MSW student, I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS APP!!
Unable to access app
This app has been great so far with content, however I have been without access for over 24 hours. I am not able to proceed past the “loading…” screen despite trying across multiple devices, restarting devices, redownloading the app, and clearing my internet cache. I have not been able to get into contact with technical support or received any responses to the messages I’ve left.

Locked out
Bought study material with exam prep and the website locked me out of my product no one in the support team has helped or been supportive to help me get access to my account. Paid 100$ and feel scammed as now I can’t access the material I bought.
Ehhh
Gets the job done, but no highlight option which is BIG for me since I try to study on the go, randomly logs you out. Everything else works. This app could be improved though.
Update : 08/22/26.
Finally logged into the web version. Half the games are missing on the app , exactly 5. I see why the highlight option does not come up for the app. On the web version, you must click alt+h to highlight which is ridiculous and you obv can’t do that on a tablet. The highlight option isn’t compatible whatsoever and is SUPER inconvenient for user who benefit from highlighting.

Highlighting option missing
Where is the highlight option in this version of the app?
Can never log in
You can’t even log into this app. It’s gives you the false illusion that you can have it mobile access it. Sometimes the log in page will come up and if it does then you get a blank screen
Reset password every time
The app is great however I am having the same issue as the user stated 4 years ago. Each time I try to sign in I’ve had to reset my password. At every login in says that my email or password is incorrect and then I have to reset my password via email. Please help me.
App Doesn’t Work
The app doesn’t work at all. I type in my email, then try to input my password and it just resets itself and makes me type everything again but will never let you log in. Pointless.
Logs you out
I switched to use a different app - didn’t even force quit this one - and it made me sign in again, didn’t even save my login info. Very frustrating and un-usable
Highly frustrating login process
This app’s login screen hasn’t actually enabled me to log in. It closes before I can even enter my credentials. Might as well use the website
Antiquated
This app is not even close to user friendly. You have to log in every time on your personal phone and while doing so, it kicks you out over and over again.
I cannot get this app to leave the sign-in open long enough for me to type my information in… as soon as I start typing my email address it closes the sign in 🙁 So I can’t actually use the app…
Log in glitch
This app will not let me log in.
I can’t even use it.
I can’t even use it.
Do Not Buy App or Book
You cannot login to the app. Pointless.
Serious flaws as a study tool
When I try to highlight text in the app to copy it, the app thinks I’m trying to “swipe back” to the previous page and I lose my highlight!
Yuck.
Pretty much this app. Not intuitive or easy to navigate. I recommend you use a different source for studying.
Not all features work
Not all features work. Games won’t load at all
Can’t log it
This app is USELESS if I can’t even log in. I can’t even log into the website through my mobile phone. The only time is works is on my computer. Useless.
Doesn’t save log-in
The app seems to work well, but users should know the material is the same as the physical book. The app is frustrating to use because it does not save your log-in information. If you click away from the app for any reason, you have to type out your email and password every time. This is cumbersome and makes the app difficult to use.

Very buggy
You have to click confirm, then back then confirm again to se the rationale and to know if you got ir wrong or not. This happens randomly and makes it frustrating to study with it.
