Talking about the app here not the company. Pls update the app at the very least to accept jobs it should be swipe to accept. Many times u can easily accept jobs by accident!
Calendar
Having the option to add booked jobs to calendars (google, apple) would be a great feature as it would make life easier maintaining work schedules.
Avoid working with this business
This company is so disgraceful and disrespectful to its own partner drivers and chauffeurs. They never appreciate your hard work and dedication. They are just after an excuse, no matter how far you go to pickup a passenger, if you arrive a minute late, they call and ask you stupid questions. if they don’t like your answer they simply suspend you.
They charge customers high fares but put it on bidding pool for a very low and under rated price taking advantage of desperate drivers who have no option but to accept.

An impressive app
I have been using the Excel Driver app for over three years. It is very efficient and intuitive app to operate. It is a dedicated app, unlike the ones most chauffeur firms use, which are standardised and outdated software apps such as Cordic, and Freedom.
It constantly receives updates and is much more stable than earlier versions which could crash.
This is a review purely based on the app, not about the company or the rates etc. in terms of software, its very impressive, considering many other exec companies don’t have their own apps.

Updates
The current update to job pool is poor, it’s great to increase the font but there is too much details to read. In my suggestion Postcodes and price are enough the front page, other details should. E on the next page of you want to know more about the job. Remember we view jobs while on the move sometimes and reading too much info will create safety issue with all the Traffic, traffic lights, cyclists, pedestrians on london roads.
Please reduce the information/details on job pool.
