Never got registration email. Paying $700 a month for a partial service?!
Never got my registration email after signing up for personal training sessions. I’ve gone through as many tech and in person support associates and still nothing has been fixed or done for me. It’s been 1 and 3/4 months since I signed up and I was assured I’d be able to log in by now. I truly think ABC Fitness and Excel Fitness are the biggest scammers in the Fitness world right now. I can’t even access my PT schedule because, once again, I can’t even register in the app to see it. I’ve tried the forgot password/resend invite and still nothing comes through.
