Needs improvement
It’s better then nothing. However I’ve dealt with soooo many problems with this app. I’ve worked with a different company previously the app they used was bad. This app makes their app look like it was sent from heaven. I’ve had log in problems, problems with the app to computer connection, problems with things not properly put in etc. I also would’ve love to have a proper overview for putting in sessions and scheduling things on the actual phone. The app on the phone and the computer sometimes don’t connect directly. So if something is put on the app on the phone it wouldn’t always connect right away to the app on the computer or with members/clients.

Great but… feature option
It’s a great app but it would be awesome to synch it with my calendar
Not functional
Very bad functionality, how is it possible not to have a calendar view in 2026? like 15 years ago., when options were not available. Pretty ugly colour theme as well.. creating a schedule from zero gives me an anxiety honestly
Notifications need to be updated
This is a good app but can be better. I have an iPhone and an android. Both working differently on this app. I really wish that I can get a notification when clients book with me.

New update graphic is obnoxious
Please take away the graphic that pops up every time I click on a name/ class. It’s like a strobe and making my head hurt.
Constantly logging me out
This is better than the previous app we used to use but it constantly logs me out and won’t interact with passwords so I have try to remember a random digit combo as is required by my employer, of course this always happens right before I need to use the app at work when there is no time to look it up

Unrealised potential
Being unable to search previous days or sync with other calendars makes the whole thing clunky and borderline useless. It also doesn’t sync with the desktop so appointments aren’t booked or can’t be booked. Both of these functions are basic components of other booking software so it is confusing that it isn’t available in this app. Unfortunately not my choice, otherwise I’d get rid of it
