The app has been down for a week. So frustrating since I rely on app for my daily workouts.

My app is dark and I am paying for it and it seems to be not working at all. The screen is dark and blank
Constantly crashes
Great app and classes when you can get it to load, but the iPad functionality has tons of bugs and often crashes before you can start a class.
The worst
They updated the app and it’s the glitchiest app I’ve ever used. I’ve had been doing Exhale’s online classes for 4 years, and it’s so bad that I geniunely dread my workout because it’s so frustrating to use. There’s no organization to the class and the thumbnails all mostly the same so you can’t tell which class you’re taking. It crashes all the time or freezes. It’s just horrible. If I hadn’t already paid for the yearly subscription, I would never use this again.

Old and doesn’t honor premium subscription
I’ve had this app Exhale on Demand for several years, then they changed it to Exhale Everywhere and then they started charging a higher rate. I purchased a $200 annual subscription for premium services. All this is fine and expected.
Then one day I lost all premium services. After reaching out to Exhale, they claim that the subscription was made through Apple App Store so they won’t honor it.
I’m only halfway through the year, so this is unfortunate. Needless to say, this subscription has been canceled.
