Forces Solana onto users
The application forces the Solana coin onto their user. There is currently no way to remove Solana from your wallet even if you have never transacted using the scam Solana “blockchain”.
Worst Customer service.
Starting out the application was great. I like the app. Eventually due to software bugs or faulty updates your app will inherently have issues. When that happens you are completely out of luck.
I requested assistance several times with XO Ramp issues. Adding funds was impossible. Bank transfers were accepted then immediately refunded. Customer representatives were clueless. Their 24 hour customer service is a joke. It takes days for a response, and they do not follow up with your issue. They wait for you to request assistance again, and assign a different customer service representative. So, it starts all over again. This loop continues for weeks. Save yourself a headache and use a different app.

Why do you keep changing the interface so often? Now I can’t look at past transactions and see the “then” value and “now” value. Now it displays (sometimes) what the market value of the underlying asset was at the time, but I’d have to get out a calculator and do math to figure out what the actual value was at the time of transaction. It used to display it automatically. Put it back! For instance, if I received $5,000 in BTC 5 years ago, show that it was worth $5,000 back then and what that same transaction is worth now, just like it used to. If you’re going to display what the price of BTC was then, continue to display the dollar value ALSO. Not all changes are improvements!!
