Not sure about this APP

I just started using this app and I can say it’s a waste of time. Customer care is via chat because their number is always unavailable. I have tried to send money twice and each time I have had to get in touch with customer care via chat. I’m currently trying to send funds to Nigeria and it’s an epic fail.
