Hidden charges available
They claim no hidden charges but there is for transfer/deposit. I rather use other services that gives me freedom to deposit/transfer without any fees

I tried to do e-transfer and I was charge almost $2. So I will now pay how much for large amount. If I had seen the transfer fee, why would I even bother using it. I feel cheated. When I have free of charge app. I am pained

Worst customer support
Transferred get delayed for days. They seem to have one customer support person. The default answer is “it’s been escalated to the relevant team”.
Talking to the support is just as useless.
