They claim no hidden charges but there is for transfer/deposit. I rather use other services that gives me freedom to deposit/transfer without any fees

I tried to do e-transfer and I was charge almost $2. So I will now pay how much for large amount. If I had seen the transfer fee, why would I even bother using it. I feel cheated. When I have free of charge app. I am pained

Worst customer support
Transferred get delayed for days. They seem to have one customer support person. The default answer is “it’s been escalated to the relevant team”.

This app is terrible. Transactions fail remain pending for 6 months randomly, but the money still disappears from your account. Customer support never responds, and there’s no clear way to get refunds. It feels unsafe trusting this app with your payments. I strongly recommend avoiding it until they fix these serious issues.

Very poor customer service, they don’t respond on time . It take seconds to get your wallet funded but take forever to reflect on the actual wallet. Very poor service from this guys. Pls don’t download this app.
