So frustrating
This app is so frustrating to use. There are dead spots in it so it’s incredibly hard to tap into the fields you need to code. The default filtering etc that exists on the web portal doesn’t apply. It takes me FAR too long to code receipts, which should be a basic, easy admin task. Instead I dread doing it with this app and the whole platform

Constantly logs you out mid transaction. Random freezes.

I’ve tried for months, but have never been able to log into this app - I always either get an error message saying there is a problem with the servers or it just gets stuck in an authenticating loop.

Easy to use, great to manage expenses!
ExpenseMe is great to manage your expenses, as it allows you to capture your receipts and submit your expenses while on the go.

Terrible app
I thought Concur was bad… until I got to Promaster / ExpenseMe
Train Wreck of a Program
Considering how amount the information this app manages is, it is an absolute wipe-out. Loses uploaded photos, the network is constantly down and worst of all - the developers aren’t even trying to rectify any issues.
Clunky Interface
Firstly there is nothing intuitive about this interface. The user should be lead through a sequence of workflow.
Secondly behaviour is erratic - sometimes completes submission unexpectedly when in the “please complete field” and before you have gone back to complete.
Thirdly behaviour erratic again- coding page sometimes opened with nothing in it despite every thing else being completed.

Just stopped working properly
Been using for 9 months without issue and all of a sudden when I hit coding it just stays on that screen and I can’t code my expenses
It works but is glitchy
So far the expense management works - I can code my expenses and submit them.
But two things are a nuisance:
1. The interface ‘wiggles and wobbles’ - taps on the screen to select menu items or typing numbers makes the whole interface interpret the taps as swipe left or right or up or down, although there is no menu option to swipe at all! Please make the interface static so all taps are interpreted as taps and not swipes as there never is a selection that enables any swiping.
2. Adding a tax invoice photo into the wallet is possible but it disappears once attached to an expense. Sometimes it is necessary to add the same invoice to multiple expenses, for which it then has to be photographed again in the current version.
Please change this to keeping the receipt photos inside the wallet until manually deleted.

Can’t seem to change the password does not accept anything and then wheN I exit the app and go back I don’t need a password/code

Great little app to help me do my work expenses
I use this under duress
Kind of works but the interface is terrible. Very slow to respond to touch events. Requires multiple attempts to select fields and enter PIN.
No OCR ability. Other scanning apps can automatically detect and prefill values into fields. If you set out to create the most minimal, half baked expense app, it would be better than this

Simply fails to log on
This app doesn’t recognize my login and password.
Yes I have double and triple checked.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app and wasted more time attempting to logon.
I’d like to be able to review this app in more detail but as I can’t logon using the same credentials as in my desktop promaster then it’s an impossible task that has wasted enough time already.

Can’t add external number into the Project field space in the Expenseme App.
Hi there
Our organisation needs a 12 digit # to be put on every expense claim pertaining to a particular system job in the “Project” space of your app.
I’ve tried adding that 12 digit # for an individual claim & it doesn’t let me. Is this the limitation of this App or if you could pls advise how to add it. If I can’t add this # to the Project field then the expense won’t get approved which would mean, this app can’t be used.
