Useless service & credit scoring
Unfortunately, the app is nothing compared to how it worked and how helpful it was years ago.
They’ve increased the scoring with 25% to become as difficult as possible to keep a good track. The updates in reporting take ages, definitely months, for example for closed accounts to be reflected in the scoring and I literally don’t see the point to pay they’re outrageous monthly fees to have this incredibly poor service that gives you more disadvantages than help you in any way!
