Too expensive
It costs too much to be able to monitor your credit. Also why don’t they do anything useful like update your address (when you move)! to all linked companies - instead of you having to contact each company. They could have a verified service to authenticate you. Get creating working sensible helpful ideas people.

I can count on one hand the number of companies that make money out of damaging peoples credit ratings.
You go to the top of the list.In one year you have taken my rating down on three separate occasions by 193 points all for a debt of £8 … that I had not paid out protest of being charged £1809 for a service I never used because it never worked in the first place .That contract lasted 13years which the telecommunications company unlawfully withdrew from my account after my contract had run out.You favour crooks who use direct debits to squeeze out monthly fees yet never send paper bills to show this is ongoing.
I closed the account when they switched off 3G because I only used the mifi in France on a 3G network.. so effectively you cancelled the service on my behalf..,then you went out of your way to inform this nasty company who operate from Ireland another part of European legislation.. to make me suffer even more consequences of being fleeced over .

Used to be a great app but not anymore
Used to have a 990/1000 credit score 2 years ago and then all of a sudden they changed the overall scoring to over 1000 but slashed my credit score in half (from excellent to poor) for no reason whatsoever..
Simple visual layout
Really easy to understand and broken down into different sections. Gives the incentive to work harder on your score too.
