I had false entries on my file I paid £14.99 per month I wrote in to Experian to tell them and they never replied absolutely useless
I had two removed by talk talk and TSB
Another a judgment for £400 taken out in Manchester, I live in Scotland which was wrong they did not want to listen or help they just a set of money grabbing rats

App not working
I’ve completed all of the troubleshooting steps you suggested. The website works perfectly in Safari, but the iPhone app still only displays a blank white screen after reinstalling it and restarting my phone. This appears to be an app-specific issue. Could you investigate or escalate this?

Up to date credit store update, very simple to understand and easy to use. I like that I can have an up to date credit score so I know exactly where I am.
Boost not working
Offered to Boost for free, today. Had a terrible time logging into the system. Didn’t get my code, tried the app and the card reader and it still didn’t work. Awful experience! 0/10

I find this app really useful for checking my credit score and report — it’s clear, easy to navigate, and keeps me updated on changes.
One big improvement would be adding a dark mode. The bright white background strains my eyes when I use it in the evening or low light, and it also uses more battery. A dark theme would make it much more comfortable to use and feel more modern.
