If your interested in improve credit this app has just the right degree of real time feedback back and your actions returning as result. It may feel daunting to see everything in one place but one sure you it all comes full circle. I wouldn’t want this app to progress too deeper but it becomes something I want to open every few weeks. At times it dose however feel a little clunky, but it could be compressed slightly. It makes good use of type, hierarchy, use of color and type weight. However I think it could be gentle reevaluated. I have heard of other apps, however I had experian get to me first.

Great to use have been for years
Really good app and very easy to use. Everything is clearly laid out and it’s simple to keep track of my credit score and see what’s affecting it. I particularly like the regular updates and the helpful information on how to improve and maintain a good credit rating.
It’s quick, straightforward and gives you a clear picture of where you stand financially. I’ve found it really useful and would definitely recommend the Experian app.

Love the app it shows you everything going on credit wise
Very big scam!
This app is a complete scam! Doesn’t matter what you do right or not your score will go down a lot before going up a few points. Keep your money cash and don’t waste your time and money with them.
Reversing damage
Scottish Power billed me incorrectly for two years for a tenancy which I did not hold as I am the landlord. They posted on my credit report that there were six unpaid invoices despite their corrections to me by email.
I contacted the Experian Help desk to help fix this . As I was talking to a very empathic lady she contacted Scottish power and within three days the position was reversed. Well done that lady and Experian

It’s time companies like Experian were regulated to stop their underhand practice.
Experian hold a credit profile on consumers that can directly affect their lives. They don’t do this transparently, they expect you to pay them a subscription before they will give you any details on what is affecting your credit rating.
They also asked to hand over bank details to improve my credit score. Disgusting.

You see I would love to use this app. But for some reason I can’t even login. Asks for my number and then for me to receive a code. Yet it sends 10 min later when I cannot use it anymore so I feel like there needs to be some changes with that cause it’s quite annoying.
