No help information or tips
This app requires information about candidates but doesn’t give all the requirements up front so the candidate can gather them. For example, it suggests using a birth certificate and asks for photos of the front and back (why does it want a photo of the back?). Only after you’ve done that does it tell you that only UK birth certificates are allowed. So the candidate has to go away and come back with an alternative means of identification.
