Vacation App or Bureaucracy Simulator?
This app used to be quick and helpful, now it’s slow, cluttered, and confusing. Too many options, constant glitches, and way more complicated than it needs to be. Easier to just use the website. Why waste vacation time fighting with an app?
A Truly Memorable Weekend. Super Handy App
My wife and I had an amazing weekend at Baha Mar, and this app made everything even better. Super easy to use, helped us scheme our activities, find our way around, and stay on top of everything happening at the resort.
Bad
The map is ridiculous. Poorly designed & the dots are huge so you can’t even see anything unless you zoom waaay in. Doesn’t show where you are on the map or what each building even is (e.g. east tower etc.) Colors are so similar you can’t tell what’s inside & whats outside.
It’s August now & all the events are for April & May.
Half the things you click just open a website. Weird lazy things like the description saying you have to click the “reserve” button to get information about a venue instead of just making the button say what it actually does.

Great info flawed tech
The app has great info but the click tech works ~15% of the time with iPhone. Each time I try to click a specific menu item (eg paddleboarding) it partially opens it or doesn’t scroll the description or doesn’t allow me to click the map to locate. When I try to click reserve for restaurants, sometimes it works while most times it jumps me to the next restaurant. Again, great info but still some bugs to workout, at least across mobile platforms.

How good this place is
This is so beautiful I love the view. I can’t wait to experience it down at the water park. This is outstanding.The water is a dream. It is out of this world colored .The food looks amazing.It is breathtaking! BEST PLACE IN BAHAMS!

Great App to Help Plan Stay
I loved using this app during our last stay. We were able to use the map to navigate around the resort and it was very helpful to plan our dining each evening. The integrated reservations systems worked really well too.
Poor content
Not a lot of details. Tons of potential. Well organized but needs lots more content.
Lame
This app is lame—no real info other than map, e.g., no fitness schedule, can’t schedule spa, etc.
Room for improvement
This app would be great if it included the menus for the restaurants. Other aspects of this app are useful. I love the maps and all the information that is given in just one place. Please add the menus!!!
