Most non-functioning payment app on the market
First of all they don’t make this easy to login or make occasional payments. Customer support isn’t open on weekends apparently-which if I wanted to take time off work to lay my child support I’d just go pay in person on a Weekday. It’s been a long time since I’ve tried to pay with this app, now it’s telling me my account has been deactivated when I attempt to login. It then prompts me to “answer information” to get an email for password reset, but that again shows me a message your account is deactivated please call support- who aren’t available. Thanks, good ol PA using the most problematic money transfer service. Not only that, the payments take so long to process. Other apps for example, do these transactions immediately.

Unnecessarily Locked Out
Well, I don’t know. I wish I could fairly rate this app but I’ve been locked out of it for years because of this app’s outdated password method system.
Apparently I don’t know my mother’s maiden name. Like why is a security question even necessary? You think someone else is going to hack into MY child support and pay MY child support???
Come on now, fix this app.

Works great
Anyone that trashes the app’s name is just upset that they have to pay a child support order I’m sure and they’re just making excuses so that they don’t have to pay be a man take care of your children the app works just fine
Great App
Quick and easy payment processing, make an option to remove expired debt-credit cards so charges don’t apply. Otherwise app is very convenient..
Won’t even let me download it
Keep asking me to add payment info before downloading and when I do I still won’t let me down load it
Absolute garbage
Attempted to register says will send password to email in 10-15 minutes. Refreshed email multiple times for next 20+ minutes. Nothing ever comes. Thought maybe had wrong email at registration, So checked to make sure and email address was correct. Attempted to use forgot password service. System says password sent to my email. Again no password ever shows up. Wasted an hour of my time just trying to get an initial password. Also tried app on phone and desktop computer version same result password supposedly sent to email but never arrives. Ended up using another service and paying via my credit card to pay court and then making a payment to my card via their app which unlike the “ExpertPay” app actually works.

Dosent respond right away
Seems laggy. I have a new iphone 15 pro max running IOS 17.4 When you touch anything it takes about a second to respond
Does not work
After countless times of trying to put in my info and reset my password I have given up on. This app. Their system does not work no matter how many times I try it keeps saying invalid credential's.
Won’t let me login
I just made an account a couple hours ago and now it’s 9:52pm and I can’t login at all. I have the right information it just won’t go through with the login screen. Please fix this
Not a good service
I used Expertpay for the first time to avoid sending checks that get lost sometimes. Expertpay deducted the amount from my checking account the next day but as of today, seven days later, my payment has not been received by the child support agency. And their customer service can be quite rude if you question them a little bit about the how’s and the why’s. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Had issues with registration right off the back. Then go to check out and get smacked with fees $2.50 registration and $15.30 payment fee. Better off using moneygram app with $9.19 total.
doesnt work
Unable to login, when it asks you for your DOB (forgot password/password not working) it brings up a current calendar instead of number pad. I'm not scrolling through 500 months to find my dob. The website is not working, so maybe youre noticing a pattern here. This is about par for the State of Arizona

Thanks for a very helpful app to help paying child support! Great job, mobile engineers! I imagine that slow email recovery service is really hurting your ratings. Hope your backend team fixes it soon. Good luck!
Works fine for me
Didn’t feel comfortable mailing in a money order because of the US Postal service incompetence. So far I have had great experience with making my payments this method and they are processed by next day every time. Takes the worry out of mailing in payment and gives you electronic record in app on your mobile device.

Works Really Well Now
It was crashing when I first tried it. It is fixed now and works just fine. Much much better than the other app they had. Nice!!
Takes too long to process payments
For real….What is up with this service? I went from being current on my child support obligation to in arrears because this service takes FOREVER to go though after submitting payment. What’s the deal?!? Better off just mailing in money orders at this point…
App Crashes
Great concept, app crashes during transaction and payment process. Worked fine on their website though, although what’s the point of this app then…anyways if it improves I’ll re-rate. Copy that

Crashes every time I try to submit payment
Just as bad as the last Expertpay App. They can’t seem to get it right.
Problem
Cant submit payment, every attempt causes app to crash and close out. Fix this for crying out loud

Expert pay app where it says payments declined but it actually processes successfully or I can’t select the check marks to accept the terms just before submitting payment. I was excited Hoping this new expert pay app worked seamlessly but unfortunately as soon as I hit one time payment radio button the entire app closes out. Tried to process a payment a few times and same issue happens.
How is this app taking over as of Sept 30 when neither of these expert pay apps work well and I resort to using a browser and going to the expert pay website.
Please fix this. The updated app seems friendlier but just doesn’t complete the task of making payments. Please update soon so we can have a reliable payment app!!!
