FAQ

What is this game about?

This is a multiplayer card game where players draw cards until someone draws an exploding kitten. The goal is to avoid drawing this card, or to use defuse cards to neutralize it. Other cards can be used strategically to move, mitigate, or avoid the exploding kitten.

How do I play?

Players draw cards one by one. If you draw an exploding kitten, you're out unless you have a defuse card. Defuse cards allow you to neutralize the exploding kitten. Other cards can be used to manipulate the game, such as skipping your turn, attacking other players, or shuffling the deck.

Is this game free to play?

The game is available exclusively for Netflix members, meaning access is included with your Netflix subscription. While the core game is free to play with your subscription, there may be in-app purchases available for additional content or features.

What platforms is this game available on?

This game is available exclusively for Netflix members. You can play it on any device that supports Netflix games, including mobile phones and tablets.

What makes this game unique?

This version features original art by The Oatmeal and offers a digital multiplayer experience of the popular card game. Its exclusivity to Netflix members also sets it apart from other digital card games.
