I have a premium plan
And I’m a truck driver away from my house and I tried to get access to my account it’s telling me that I’m not apart of the house hold I called Netflix they are letting me know that because I’m on the road I have to pay and extra fees to get access now I’m already paying for a premium plan $30.70 to be exact and I have to pay for and extra plan because I’m on the road working I think this is ridiculous and you guys need to have more sympathy on your loyal customers… I’m already sending money for my kids overseas to pay for Netflix and now I’m here and you guys still want me to pay for another plan
