Unresolved acct issue

I’m cancelling my Netflix subscription because of an ongoing issue with my account’s English audio/dubbing availability. I initially noticed this with Spooky in Love, but I’ve since found that multiple dramas have English dubs available on my parents’ Australian Netflix account but not on mine.

I have already tried the troubleshooting with your call centre agents, and an IT request has been raised, but no one has been able to explain or resolve the issue. Since this remains unresolved, I no longer wish to continue my subscription.
