they don’t care.
i believe that if i pay for something then i should get the thing i paid for, maybe thats crazy. they don’t synch the phone app with the tv app so there are shows and movies that are unavailable on one device while not available on another device. they make customer service all but impossible. horrible service all around, disney doesn’t care about you after the second you give them your money.

Service continuously freezes
During commercials and just regular movies/ shows, it is constantly freezing . It has been for at least a year...
Robbery/scam
Made an account and paid for monthly subscription and got charged $12.95 and when it came to logging in, Disney + said that my account didnt exist. And I was never able to log into my account. Tried to dispute. But never got an answer back.. I rate it 0 stars. It did the same to my wife account as well

The worse technical streaming app
i’ve had just about every streaming service and have never NEVER had this many technical issues with a streaming app. Glitchy UI, constantly freezing, playing the show after i click onto the menus, I can pause it then NEVER unpause it because it froze. I love the disney shows, pathetic app development, I’d rather use netflix in 2018 then this awful app.

IT WON'T LET ME USE THE LATEST VERSION
So I'm trying to download disney right and then it say I can only download the older version and then I pressed OK then I get in the app it says I can't use the app it says I have to download the layest version like what is wrong with the older version!!!?????!!!
