Logged out of my account & can’t log back in now
I’m extremely frustrated with the Disney+ app right now. I updated the app, and afterward it logged me out of my account. When I tried to log back in, I kept getting an error message and was unable to access my account.
I have an active account and a paid subscription, so being locked out of a service I’m paying for is completely unacceptable. I should not have to deal with losing access simply because I updated the app. Please fix this issue as soon as possible and make sure paying subscribers can reliably access the service they’re paying for.
It’s especially frustrating considering the amount I’m paying for the monthly subscription. I expect to be able to use the app and access everything included with my subscription without being repeatedly locked out due to an app error.

App kinda sucks
Shows never pick up where I left off. Ads are so frequent I might as well have a satellite tv, the only reason I keep it is so my nephew can watch the old shows and movies we all loved as kids. Ongoing birthday/Christmas gift. If it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t waste the money on it.
Playback Error?
While watching any show, after a minute or two I get the “Uh Oh! Something Happened.” error message that immediately closes the show. It also happens if I try to skip to any certain point.
It’s not a connection error nor a missing update I haven’t downloaded.
Please fix this, it makes the app unusable.

Cancelled my subscription and they still took money out this month. Do not at all subscribe to this app, it’s run by scammers
