Poor customer service
I’ve been experiencing an issue with opening the app on my Apple TV device. I’ve sent at least 10 emails to their support team detailing all of the troubleshooting steps I have taken. Then their support tells me to do all of the things that I’ve already done. The escalation team closed the ticket without even checking with me. I’ve been trying to get back in touch with them to get some assistance, but to no avail.

Worst streamer in existence!!!!!!!
The young and the restless comes on tv at 11:00AM!!!!!!!! Paramount can’t get it streaming until after 4:00PM!! Unacceptable!!!!!!! ESPECIALLY having to watch ads!!!!!!!! It glitches, sticks, and freezes CONSTANTLY!!!!! I will leave this review many, many times!!!!! It’s not the app, it’s the entire streaming service!!!!! I will leave this review every single time I look and it’s not there by 4:00!!!! It’s almost 4:30, and it’s still not there!! I will do this until it comes on!! I’m SICK of having to do forced stops!!!! It’s been uninstalled and installed, so don’t start that! Every force stop, I’m coming back. 4:42 and my show is STILL not on!!! Every time I force stop for this stupidity, I’m coming back and review!! I’m SICK of it. 4:51 and counting!!!! 4:57. 5:05. And there is never a way to contact anyone to suggest anything!!! 5:11 and now my husband will be home, so I won’t get to watch it. Thanks a lot!!!!!!! 5:21, no show!!

Good content marred by bad choices/design
The bad:
They like to sneak in ads for paramount originals I have no interest in, despite paying for an ad free subscription. These ads sometimes glitch and there is no skipping them when that happens.
The Ai generated covers for movies and shows is a completely garbage decision. They deter me from watching something new, and even have major spoilers shown in the image at times. I wish you could just see the box art (that already exists) as the creators intended.
The Good:
Great selection of movies and shows. Though some shows are only partially available and missing many seasons.
Good selection of kids content.
Relatively easy to navigate.

Buggy and Unreliable Live streams
I’ve been using Paramount+ for a while now, and it’s honestly not a terrible streaming service, but it’s held back by some really frustrating issues. The biggest problem is how buggy the app can be. Live streams, especially during UFC events, will randomly freeze, crash, or refuse to load, which is the worst possible time for something like that to happen. The app also has a habit of forgetting what episode I’m on, so I’ll come back to a show and it’ll either throw me back a few episodes or act like I never started it. On top of that, the overall library feels pretty limited compared to other streaming services, and I find myself running out of things to watch much faster than I expected.
That being said, I do want to give Paramount+ credit where it’s due. Having UFC content included with the base subscription is a huge selling point and one of the main reasons I keep my subscription. I also don’t think the app is bad overall, but they really need to fix these core issues. The amount of ads during UFC events can be excessive, and when you combine that with the bugs, it can make the experience more frustrating than it should be. If Paramount focused on improving the app’s stability, fixing the playback and episode tracking issues, and expanding its library, I think it could easily become one of the better streaming services out there.

Auto play won’t work
So I’m watching paramount + on my tv and idk why but the auto play won’t work nor it’s not showing up in the settings. Also there isn’t a “settings” anywhere on app via tv. This problem needs to get fixed ASAP.
