Fix the constant need to sign in.
Ever since the newest update I have to sign in multiple times on my tv using a QR code from my phone. It’s annoying as hell. I shouldn’t be logged out. Also your advertising new shows needs to go. I don’t pay top dollar to have ads on. Fix these.

I understand it’s the free tier but 10min of ads for 18min episodes with 4 ad breaks an episode, absolutely Ludacris!

Basic app
2 updates since it started, still doing this… EVERY time the app is opened, Disney sends an email that there was a new logon. Very annoying. The app feels like a basic app for a big name company.

I’m paying nearly $40 a month for Disney+, and somehow I’m back to watching cable. Almost every show hits me with an ad within the first minute, and the constant commercials make it feel like I’m spending more time watching ads than the content I actually pay for.
I love Disney+’s library, but at this price, I expect streaming, not cable with a Disney logo. It may honestly be cheaper to go back to cable.

Very horrible app on the iPhone 13. Constantly glitches when offline and frequent logouts, there’s always a new reason why I have to redownload everything.

Anime subtitles BAD
The new episodes for Bleach are only Japanese sub and this stupid app doesn’t show the subtitles consistently especially during important dialogue.

The app is good but you guys really do need to get rid of ads. You’re already making us pay for it and there is still ads. Unlike Tubi where there is ads but it’s free. And YouTube gets money from ads but YouTube is free and their ads are short and you can skip them. If you are gonna keep ads than I suggest that you do shorter ads and let people skip them so you don’t lose subscribers to Disney plus.

Often has issues and won’t load
Content is good but it is annoying when you can’t get the app to work and it says to try again later. This happens frequently… at least a couple times a week.

You need to add more episodes of jujutsu kaisan and add the and add the anime called blue lock pleas I love jujutsu kaisen but when I realized I had watched all the episodes that you added to Disney I just was really really mad

Not that expensive they collabed with Hulu so everything on Hulu that you watch with ads it's ad free on Disney
