This app is vibecodded slop that logs you out consistently and won’t let you log back in with your password, you have to get a one time code and even then the app won’t play or download anything 60% of the time
It works, but recent updates removed casting to TVs and the app crashed a lot
I use Disney+ on my iPad, since I can’t download videos on Apple TV, and my internet is poor. It use to work well but recent updates broke casting to a TV and using it offline crashes it a lot. The app is shockingly u stable. I tried to call support about it but they just ignore my issue.
Downloads Disappeared
I download show to watch offline and the data is gone when I go watch it. I know I didn’t delete the shows.
Add Spider-Man movies back
Can you add the Tobey maguire Spider-Man movies, Andrew Garfield spider man movies, tom holland Spider-Man movies, and the spider verse movies back please

Try one click from the app in settings. Not forced login through browser and required searching every menu.
Tech issues can’t stream ever
Always at home always on the same TV and it’s always an issue to log in. Says we aren’t at home and we can’t use the traveling setting. We watch a few time a month… this should be this difficult. Reaching a customer service agent that understands English and what’s going on is also impossible.
Too many adds
The adds are way too long! Might as well not watch on Disney 😔

Horrible UI
Disney is too large a corporation to have this absolute trash heap of an app. Trying to skip back a couple of seconds? Screw that, here’s an app-crashing pause. Trying to rewind past a commercial break? Get ready to enjoy another 1.5 minutes of AI propaganda. Seriously, you charge an arm and a leg just to get the absolute worst streaming service currently available. Do better.

Thinking of canceling
I can’t get any of the movies or episodes to download on the app. I have service and internet, it just won’t work. I also hate the ads. Not enough content either.
Absolute trash
There is so many constant ads even when you’re paying for the subscription. It’s out of control, how do you pay and then still get ads???? Literally you pick an episode and get an ad and if you accidentally picked the wrong one and switch to another, BOOM another ad, holy friggin moly. Worst garbage app I’ve ever used

I loved the app but ever since they added commercials, it crashes every time there’s an ad. Now I can’t stream movies ever again because they had to add another way to also money off of us? Garbage

Disney+ is such a scam. Why am I paying for a streaming serving that doesn’t allow me to watch it wherever I go? I’m at my parents house cat sitting so I tried screen sharing it to their TV and it’s not letting me and every time I try to login it locks me out. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I love watching disney but there is only one problem in the miraculous series they are missing a lot of episodes please fix this problem I am not saying this app is bad but please 🙏🥺 I really want to watch another episode why can't you just put all the episodes so far hopefully you will reply and put more miraculous episodes if you will do that thank you

Rewinding
Why can’t I just rewind before the ad rolls if it already played. I tried to rewind after watching an ad just to sit through another ad. This is GREED.
