Premium with ads - cancelling
I pay premium so I don’t have to watch ads. The minute I get ads, I’m done.
Great but sometimes don’t load when in offline mode
App works great when online but if I am offline and launch the app it at times doesn’t load up and sits at logo screen. I think it started a version or two ago.
Annoying to operate
This platform is totally annoying. They want us to sign in often, ease of use is zero. In addition, the last few days Disney plus has been telling me that they have encountered problems and that I would have try again later. Also, I cannot access my account on all of the screens in my house. Please get these issues fixed. There is too much competition out there for you not to seriously address these annoyances. Life has too many hiccups now and sitting down to enjoy a reprieve should be painless!

This app sucks so bad and they want you to pay 60$ a month for no ADS. It’s ridiculous and a terrible streaming service
App almost never loads
The app has so many issues when trying to watch downloaded content.

Ridiculous. PlayStation advertisements disguised as movie trailers. This will be my last month for Hulu/disney. Welcome to the pirate age.
Too many Ads
This app is awful. The advertisements run for an extremely disproportional amount of time compared to the shows and the selection is extremely limited.
Great shows adds are long
The shows and movies did they provide are wonderful, but what’s the point in paying for a streaming service when you have more ads than actual show. The ads didn’t used to be this bad now it’s like you had two minutes of show and then three minutes of ad. The ads are just getting ridiculously excessive.

Why are there 12 minutes worth of ads in a 40 minute episode
Can’t use more than 1 tv in my own house
It’s pretty annoying how they’re trying to monopolize everything you can watch and you pay them for a membership and have to update your household if you have the audacity to watch it in your living room after watching it in another room. And now I’m out of allowances to update my household. Things like this are why I only pay when I really want to watch something that I can only watch on Disney… because they want to own everything so they can treat their customers however they want and you just have to deal with it.
