Confusing purchase options.

Heads up new purchase people. I found all the various purchase options a bit confusing.

I just I assumed $60 to buy the initial app included one time, off-line maps. (I can live without multiple updates each year, it’s not like the hills and valleys will change much)

Only to discover it didn’t. It will only work when on online. I now have to pay even more for off-line maps and again, there’s multiple options and sadly, many/most of them subscription.

When on a pension I’m always looking for single, one off purchase. I will need to wait till next fortnight to spend another $60 to $100 and does this mean I will have two subscription fees, the app and the maps. Makes this app quite expensive.
