WAS great now useless

This app WAS fantastic now however now it is useless.
I was a user for a long time. Due to private reasons I had to stop the subscription but when I started it up again, they were ok to take my money but IMPOSSIBLE to contact to ask why I cannot update the maps.
You have to “login” but the message say that “you don’t have permission to log in” and the only way to get help is to “login” which I can’t because I don’t have permission. Who’s brain-fart of an idea is that? I can’t even ask to get my money back. So effectively all communication with them is blocked. Absolutely fantastic idea-NOT.
Apparently it is FOR SALE.

Contour lines have vanished

Usually a good and reliable off road topo tool. Then the contour lines vanished and have still not reappeared in the latest version that I downloaded this morning. No support from either Billygoat or Apple. Will be cancelling my subscription shortly.
