Can’t use it for foreigners use virtual SIM card
Mine never worked in Japan via Saily virtual SIM service. It only works in my hotel using WiFi in Osaka, which makes this App useless on site!

Why do both apps have a map functionality?! Even if this one is slightly more functional, WHY IS IT ITS OWN APP?!! Why do i need to download and link them all?! WHY ALL THESE HOOPS FOR NOTHING

Didn’t work for most of the day when you need it most. A complete failure in design and technology.
Better than the other Expo app
I am not sure why there are two apps in the first place. This app is as useless for managing pavilion reservations and I found that the availability that they show here is incorrect, because once it takes me to the website to reserve, it says that the pavilion is fully booked. I am generally disappointed in the pavilion reservation system.
Other than that, what the app did really well is the navigation at the event, it correctly guides you wherever you want to go, so that’s great. It also shows a heat map, indicating which places are most/least crowded.

Hard to use
Makes me login every time, hard to navigate and take time to load.
New update now does not work.
Now does not work on iPad mini since update.
Needs improvement
The app is very confusing and not user friendly at all. It requires you to re confirm your login too many times. For a high tech event, this is a very low tech and low quality app.

Same comments as what others have said. I’ve deleted and reloaded and still can’t get it. Not impressed.
Does not work
I have deleted and redownloaded the app and yet I still cannot use it. It starts playing the video and then just errors out.
It doesn’t work
When I try to open it just says failed to receive necessary data so don’t waste ur phone storage it sucks
Not even opens
Closed the app and opened again, restarted mi phone several times, deleted the app and downloaded it again and it still is not even able to pass through the intro video.

No FaceID and have to keep logging on
Please stop logging us out. Our phones are secure and this is just an expo not a banking app. Otherwise please incorporate FaceID!
Too Complicated
Stupid software. Too structured and frankly a waste of time and resources for non-japanese speakers. Too BLOODY COMPLEX. NOT INTUITIVE.
