I think I just got scammed..
I applied and gave this app all my personal information. The app says it approves “within minutes”. I’ve been waiting almost a week for this and still nothing. It just says “evaluating.” Not to mention the customer service is trash, I’ve chatted with them about this issue 2 days ago and still nothing. Maybe this is a scam? They have all my personal information with no approval yet?

Probably Not Real
Filled Out The Application On Monday 1/15, Got Approved Wednesday Night 1/17 And They Said They Sent Out The Funds But It’s Saturday 1/20 And I Haven’t Received Anything. I’ve Called Their Customer Support Number And It Goes Straight To Voicemail And Will Not Call You Back.

I downloaded the app because I came across it and I read the reviews and it seemed legit. I applied for a 500 installment loan but when it asked me to “authorize” my bank account that’s when the app stopped cooperating. I did it multiple times until I gave up which I know I should’ve stopped on the first time but I really need the money right now that im desperate. And that’s who these scam companies go after, people who are desperate enough. Do not use this app it seems like a app that uses you for your information. Wouldn’t be surprised if the reviews were fake as well. I’ll keep trying and if it ends up working for me I’ll rewrite my review with no issues.

Stay Away!!!
The most inept company I ever dealt with on my life. I made a mistake and did 3 loans with them and I should have stopped after the first one. Each time there was some problem disbursing the funds , but they had no problem taking the money out on my due date! They e mailed that I had loan approval yesterday and now today they say that they cancelled my loan because of card validation. Odd because on their FAQs, they say the funds are disbursed by ACH! I see no way to go into my account information and check on my card validation. No one answers their customer service line. It is a recording telling you to leave your name and number and their customer service e mail is no better. It takes almost a week after you pay off your loan before you can apply for a new one , whereas Dave, Cleo, and Credit Genie let you get a new loan the next day!! Stay away from this app!!!!!!!!!!

Frustrating experience!
The most frustrating experience I ever had with borrowing money. The app does not connect with your bank for verification and then you have to e mail them 3 months of bank statements. Approval takes days! I finally got approval 2 days ago, , but still have not received the funds. Can’t speak to a customer service rep if your life depended on it! Customer service no where to be found
This company has so much potential if their customer service could actually be there. So sad to see they don’t want to keep customers. I have tried calling and using the online support feature with zero results to resolution. Also if you have chime, good luck getting a loan. Not happening.
