It seems okay.
There are a few things that would make this perfect.
1. When you enter an expiration date, it changes it to a day before. So if you’re entering something with an expiration date of 4/1, you need to create it as 4/2. If you put in 4/1, it’ll post as 3/31. Interestingly, the reminder date doesn’t do this.
2. When you log in for the first time, it says ‘sending code to phone # xxx. It’s actually sending an email to your provided email address.
3. Finally, a field for the document/permit number would be icing on the cake.
4. The ability to add a photo of the document would make this the perfect app.
