Lack Diversity
I really enjoy using these cards. They’re great for teaching a variety of actions and pronouns. However, they would be more inclusive if there were a wider variety of ethnicities represented among the pictures.

I love this app for my clients but all of a sudden it will not let us choose what set of pictures we want. What's up with that? Libespeech8

Disappointed with update
With the update, the skip image button is not there. Import picture is in its place which makes quickly moving between pictures impossible. I was using and loving this app for a variety of speech-language needs. Please bring back the skip image button!
Using it ine elementary speech thereapy sessions for kids with autism
Language Builder is a highly effective app designed to help students increase their expressive language skills; but it can be used for much more! The app houses pictured scenes that users are asked to create sentences about. This isn’t a written language task; the user formulates the sentence in their mind and then says it aloud while recording it. This voice record feature is highly motivating for our students! They love hearing themselves say the sentences that they have formulated about the pictures and enjoy playing with their voices in their recordings! The pictured scenes are appropriate for users of all ages and serve as a great teaching tool for a variety of skills. WH-Questions can be asked about the pictures, complex stories can be created by linking the pictures together to tackle creative writing skills. One of my favorite ways to use this app is as a self-monitoring tool for speech production targets (e.g., articulation, fluency and voice). Students can listen to their recordings and judge if they used their best /s/ sound, or if they used their best ‘smooth speech’.

Amazing app
This app is especially amazing for kiddos dealing with auditory processing issues and receptive/expressive language delays. The pictures alone challenge the child to create their own sentence based on e real life picture, but for those kids who need extra help, the app offers hints...at 3 different levels of difficulty.
Love that the child can record the sentences in their own voice. I highly recommend this app for any child dealing with autism, language delays, or other disabilities.

Essential speech skills practice.
This app is perfect for younger kids who struggle with language in various different ways. I've been using it with my autistic 4 year old and it is so exciting to see him progress as we work through the library of pictures. Absolutely essential for any SLP or parent led speech therapy.
Fun and engaging!
This is a great program for literacy teachers who have struggling students. It gives simple and engaging sentence stems and allows students to fill in the blanks (even in their own voice!). I also really like how it uses real photos to help students 'buy in' or engage in the sentence story they are making. Great job! :)

Language Builder
This is a great app for learning sentence structure. It has varying levels of difficulty and a hint option if you get stuck. I love to hear what my daughter comes how with, and she likes to hear her own voice recording. I would like to see the ability to have the words read to you in future versions, especially on the easy level.

great for kids w/ asd
this is one of our favorite apps for our son. he has autism & his language skills can be lacking. this lets him record his answer & play it back....his favorite part! that feature also helps his speech b/c he can hear if he's mumbling or not. The pictures help w/ figuring out expressions/emotions. love it!

Love it!
This app is so easy to use and so much fun recording the child's voice just takes it home for this one. My daughters love to play it back and giggle every time when they hear how good it sounds with their OWN voices!!! Getting them to put it down for dinner or home work is another ball game but they are totally engaged and learning in a fun and unique way. Keep up the great work on the apps because I love what you are doing here! Thank you

Language Builder app-indispensable tool for educators and parents
Both my son and daughter use this. Excellent tool for kids with autism that have moderate to severe language delays. Engages child and keeps them wanting more. Can be used one to one or in a group of students.
Another great app from Mobile Education Store
This app helps children learn how to use language to describe a picture. The hints vary from fill in the blank, to prompting with a couple of writen words, to verbal cuing, depending on the level of the child. My daughter enjoys filling in the blanks right now and it is building her confidence in talking about the things she sees or experiences. I like that the app is easy to just pick up and use rather than needing a long tutorial. And the pictures are engaging and entertaining to my daughter. There are quite a few picture "packs" to choose from, something for almost any child. My daughter prefers the pets pack but if there was a "gaming" pack, she would certainly love that one most of all. Overall, a great app and one that is fun to use while helping my child overcome some of her verbal challenges.

Another hit from Mobile Education Store! The pictures are beautiful and easy to see. There are three levels of HINTS which are very beneficial to children at all levels.The tutorial walks you through the app step by step with clear and concise instructions. Parents can record their voices if your child is non verbal. An excellent app to develop receptive and expressive language!!

Very helpful
I found this app to allow the user to completely use their own imagination when creating their sentence. The hints come in handy for those just getting started. Well worth the price of the app and I will recommend this app! My son especially loves that he gets to hear Mommy's voice! Great app!

This is a wonderful engaging app. by far the best I've used for expressive and receptive language. the positive reinforcement found in your apps is great for my son and other students I use your apps with. learning sentence structure is vital and with 3 different consistent levels this app is amazing!

Love it!
I love this app! The children will love the ability to record their voices and play it back. This app allows the kids to make up sentences about pictures as well as filling in missing words in a sentence. This is a muss for those who are stuggling with vocabulary as well as other speech related issues!
