Unable to make account
I haven’t been able to make an account on this app. I called the customer support and was bounced around to four different agents to eventually be sent to a voicemail box and I never received a callback.

Listen man, Yall make billions a year… Please fix this app. I’ve been using it for 5 years and it’s still ridiculously slow, laggy and glitchy. I have to close the app all the way out entirely most of the time to get it to work, the DVIR should not pop up after i already click submit. Please fix your app

App takes forever to load constantly crashing

Always freezes up when you need it. Will log out while at terminal, and take forever to bring info back up. People always waiting at the gate, because someone’s app is slow. Please fix

Horrific app
First time ever a company gets rid of an app that was amazing at its job to replace it with one that never works properly. Crashes all the time impossible to load QR codes waste of time

Terrible app/update.
Too much loading while trying to punch in container numbers and info. App says the a container is “not available” but will be in a lot already parked. Doesn’t pin point accurate or sometimes pin point isn’t even available. Poor update, been having trouble with this app more since.

Old NS app was way better compared to this new one. Constantly loading just trying to navigate the different pages! Old app was way quicker, this new one is just a pain in the you know what.

Does not work. Old app did.
The new app is a reskinned, slightly prettier version of the old app except it is completely broken, where as the old app was perfectly useful.

Needs to be fixed
The app lags and is very glitchy the app at times will close out or tell me connection issues. Needs to be updated with the most current hub info like in Charlotte they’ve added 2 additional rows and still can’t spot a box on those rows.
